Jordan has ten years of experience in the self-storage industry. He started in brokerage, then acquisitions, followed by investor relations and fundraising. Jordan spent the last three years focused on raising equity for storage projects (both development projects and acquisitions).

Jordan's strength lies in leveraging his extensive network and industry expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania (majoring in Real Estate) and a Juris Doctor from Temple University’s James Beasley School of Law.

In his personal life, Jordan values quality time with his family at the beach and Little League fields—his wife, Dana, and their two sons, Marley and Jack. An avid golfer and passionate Philadelphia sports fan, Jordan approaches his personal interests with the same enthusiasm that he brings to his professional pursuits.
